Aside from being leading house and land developers, Mirvac, Resimax and Winten Property Group have all taken an innovative approach to sales and marketing, delivering curated content for buyers and a seamless easy to manage end-to-end content system for their sales consultant.

While each developer offers a different product, the common thread is the incorporation of high-quality design and amenity with intuitive technology. They’re just three examples of how elevating the customer experience to sell house and land projects can reap significant rewards.

CLYDE NORTH, VICTORIA

Mirvac’s landmark master-planned community in Clyde North, Victoria, 45 minutes’ southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, is designed to be a world class pedestrian-friendly community with everyday convenience in walking distance of homes. A town centre, schools, parks, wetlands, open reserves, footpaths and amenities are all provided for the greatest convenience and laid-back lifestyle. For Australia’s leading house and land developer to illustrate this vision, a comprehensive digital solution was required that would allow buyers to learn about the connection, community and convenience of this 10-year visionary project. Incorporating digital sales tools was also the perfect fit for Mirvac’s state-of-the-art experience centre.

By incorporating an Interactive Masterplan into the sales gallery, Mirvac is able to rollout each stage and element of the site as it is released. Agents and buyers can control the masterplan via the easy-to-use Touchscreen and DisplaySweet app that brings the model to life with animations to engage and educate the buyer whilst frosted model pieces light up on cue. As buyers are exploring the Smiths Lane model, additional and relevant content is displayed on an adjacent screen telling a cohesive story and highlighting location, facilities, amenities, available properties, parks, footpaths and access points. Buyers can investigate block sizes and housing types while the user-friendly display is family-friendly, revolving entirely around the Interactive Model centrepiece.

ESSENDON, VICTORIA

Much has been said about the award-winning sales gallery Resimax and Tick Homes built in 2018 to appeal to home buyers and investors who didn’t want to lose entire weekends driving around multiple sites inspecting spec homes while trying to pick a block, house design and colours.

The answer was a one-stop house and land shop, where a concierge greets you at the door, a trained barista makes coffee to order and buyers can peruse multiple estates and more than 40 different house layouts and styles under one roof. La La Land was no gimmick. The warehouse set up disrupted the market and converted almost one in two customers who walked through the door.

Part of the process involved integrating technology into the dynamic sales hub that allowed for the seamless management of multiple land developments while maintaining a consistent feel that reflected the brand and the customers. The space is aspirational yet reflective of today’s lifestyles. The Tick Cinema provided the jewel in the crown, a significant investment that has paid dividends. Not only a dynamic space that projects floorplans to scale, but it also assures buyers on what they can expect from their biggest life purchase.

MARSDEN PARK, NSW

The masterplanned community Newpark offers buyers the opportunity to get into the competitive and expensive Sydney market. Offering residents a new lifestyle in Sydney’s northwest, developer Winten approached DisplaySweet to create incorporate technology that would complement the aspirational and dynamic community.

Central to Newpark’s appeal is its connectivity to schools, shops and sporting fields in addition to the opportunity to secure a block and land and build a dream home. As a way of educating buyers and helping them make a decision on their future home and lifestyle, DisplaySweet installed a large Interactive Model in the middle of the sales centre. Easy to navigate its features, amenities and stages are highlighted via a Touchscreen. Buyers can quickly and easily understand the context of the site, its location to the broader community and what house and land packages, renders and materials are available on the surrounding TVs.
