DisplaySweet’s custom-built Presenter App transformed the sales gallery into an interactive, high-impact presentation. Agents could guide buyers through CGI renderings, floor plans, and building amenities—all within one platform. The app’s bilingual functionality (English, Spanish & Portuguese) ensured accessibility for a diverse client base.

A standout feature was the comparison tool, allowing buyers to view up to three floor plans side by side, making informed decisions easier. The Presenter app’s intuitive navigation helped agents provide a fluid, engaging sales journey.

Immersive Storytelling with Unreal 3D Digital Model

Leveraging Unreal Engine technology, DisplaySweet introduced a 3D Digital Model, offering buyers a virtual experience of 14 ROC’s surroundings and interiors. The Day-to-Night slider helped prospects visualize the development at different times of the day. This innovation integrated with the physical model, allowing buyers to explore unit locations and building amenities effortlessly.

The sales gallery is seamlessly integrated with TV’s, a simple but effective tool that showcases all content as buyers explore the sales gallery. These dynamic displays also provided agents with an intuitive way to present floor plans, CGI renderings, and marketing collateral. This ensured the agents could control not only the content they share but also tailor their presentation to the prospect, providing a fluid and engaging sales experience.

Real-Time Inventory & CRM Integration

Through DisplaySweet’s online Studio, agents can manage allocations, update property statuses and all content, and sync with their CRM in real time. This ensured buyers received up-to-date information, enhancing confidence in their purchasing decisions.

Effortless Engagement Beyond the Gallery

To maintain buyer engagement post-presentation, agents could send personalized Interactive Brochure links. These allowed buyers to revisit floor plans, unit details, and amenities, while agents received notifications when links were opened—enabling timely follow-ups and expediting the closing process.
