Grosvenor Place, together with leasing agents at Colliers International and JLL, engaged DisplaySweet for Royal Naval House, a striking heritage building being repurposed for commercial suites. The Presenter App allows the leasing agents to show prospective tenants what the office fit outs would look like, including the commercial suites, meeting rooms, reception, café and end of trip facilities.

The client came to DisplaySweet because they were struggling to highlight the unique floor plates and layouts to prospective tenants and needed a 3D solution to show the exterior of the building and each floor.
The Presenter online app was the perfect choice as many potential anchor tenants decision-makers are located interstate or overseas or are often simply too time-poor to attend the space in person.
The Royal Naval House app showcased the retail on the ground floor, as well as the offices available. The Presenter App included hot spots on each office plan which allowed you to transition into a 3D walkthrough empowering prospective tenants to be transported into an immersive 360° scene within the office plan, which made finding the perfect space a breeze.
