DisplaySweet has continued its’ partnership with renowned property developers Mirvac, who have opened their most recent showroom for an exclusive collection of luxurious houses and apartments called Highforest in West Pennant Hills. This opulent and elaborate forest-inspired $2-million sales suite, also known as the Highforest by Mirvac Discovery Centre, made tactical use of DisplaySweet’s technology at various points throughout the buyer journey.

- Mirvac sought to create a premium looking yet engaging space where they could showcase the various types of properties available (both apartments and houses) in one space.
- Offer a professional solution to present the sustainability and unique forest location of the project to a diverse range of prospective buyers.
- Enhance client engagement and understanding through interactive visual tools, with professional technology that was reliable and integrated with their CRM system.
Professional Presentation Tools
Situated in West Pennant Hills, the Highforest showroom perfectly showcases the premium forest location that the development offers buyers, all in one place. DisplaySweet were able to create an impressive sales gallery experience that presented their development comprehensively in one place, beginning as they walked into the space.
Buyers are first met with an impressive model incorporating our Display Model Integration, where the agents can guide buyers through the current stock availability and highlight the amenities in the project with the Display Presenter app.
Intimate Sales Spaces
The Highforest showroom utilised the Display Presenter app integrated with iPads and Surface Studios, which made the presentation process seamless for the agents and helped accelerate sales. This was linked to their CRM so they could see availability and pricing in real-time in a more private, cafe-style environment, styled to be inspired by the organic natural surroundings. This helped increase efficiency, ensuring information was up to date and saving the team valuable time.
Interactive Solutions
Alongside this were two Display Touchscreens, where buyers could browse CGI’s, floor plans, and interactively envisage the project either on their own or with the agents at hand.
Perhaps the most impressive feature of the showroom, however, was the 2.5m Display LED Wall, which created a truly impactful customer experience. The impressive LED wall creates an engaging, professional and premium experience, where buyers could sit back, watch the cinematic project video and experience their potential new home at an impressive scale in a premium environment.
The showroom experience was complemented with an immersive and sensory experience, utilising Display TV’s and Sonos ceiling speakers throughout to play the sounds of nature that a future buyer would hear once they moved in.
Mirvac has achieved outstanding sales success since launching the Highforest showroom just a few months ago.
