Serene interiors feature natural materials of timber and stone and the location is minutes from patrolled surf beaches, popular dining and retail precincts, Star Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Popular with owner-occupiers and investors from interstate, conveying the lifestyle on offer, enviable position and one-of-a-kind amenities were key considerations for the DisplaySweet team. Two displays were set up for the one project, both serving a different purpose.
The showroom included an Interactive Model and Touchscreen, set up onsite, which contributed to the 60 per cent sales success on launch.
A catchment display was established to be used primarily once construction had commenced, enhancing the experience and excitement among buyers and investors attracted by the onsite activity.
