The showroom for Mason & Main was not without its challenges, with delays meaning the team were set back several times. With well-thought out use of the Display Portal, Coronation Property were able to simply view and analyse data on any device, for both the agents and the developer.
Interactive 3D Tenant Journey
Mason & Main was one of the first projects to include an interactive 3D building model add-in to their Presenter App, which allowed tenants to explore multiple buildings and plans in stunning detail, utilising the most advanced web-based technology. With the integration of advanced search and project amenities, tenants got an accurate visualization of their future home.
The showroom also included Touchscreens, so that tenants could explore the staged buildings at their own pace in a user-friendly way.
Real Time Insights
DisplaySweet’s integration with CRM and Display Portal empowered agents with live apartment availability, enabling them to present to multiple clients simultaneously while delivering tailored, one-on-one consultations.
To meet the needs of prospective tenants, Coronation Property sought DisplaySweet to create a bespoke journey. Customized presentations in the Presenter App allowed agents to guide renters through an immersive and premium experience, ensuring every interaction was memorable and impactful.
