The fully digital Masterplan showcased the area as well as the location of the 78 town residences within the site.

Buyers were able to control the model at the touch of a button with our intuitive Touchscreen animating streets, parks, amenities and which townhouses remained available for purchase.

Building ‘pieces’ sit atop the model complimenting the unique feel of The Fabric brand, coming to life with a glow as the screen underneath lights up.

A TV in front of the model synched with the masterplan, displaying complementary content, floor plans and imagery to bring the experience together.

We pay our respects to The Yalukit willam clan of the Boonwurrung language group, part of the Kulin nation, the traditional owners of this land.
