Renowned Australian property developers Mirvac acquired the former home of Channel 9 in the highly sought-after locale of Willoughby in Sydney’s north. The site is being transformed into an exceptional new residential community, with a collection of 10 buildings offering 442 luxurious 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences and penthouses. The sales gallery had to convey a sense of the development being a private haven and a connected location, emotionally drawing buyers in through a well-considered sales journey.

Develop a professional sales gallery that enables Agents to successfully showcase the range of different apartments and spectacular views all in one location.
Impactful Storytelling
NINE by Mirvac revitalized a hidden landmark, inviting residents and the wider community to escape the city’s sprawl and enjoy new amenities, parks and leisure spaces.
DisplaySweet empowered Agents so they were able to seamlessly guide potential buyers through a large number of CGI’s, floor plans, and the various amenities all in one place, without needing printed collateral, and wanted the presentation to look as premium as possible utilizing the Presenter App. By using detailed image galleries and multiple compare features on the custom-built App, each render could be easily called upon, and each apartment layout could be compared in real time. The app allowed the Agents to showcase available apartments from each stage seamlessly.
Effortless Presentations
Agents were able to effortlessly navigate from a floor plan to the associated bush and city views, scroll between the vast amenities on offer and create an engaging and seamless conversation with the buyer. Agents could showcase the development via a detailed 3D digital model that connects with the physical Model Integration, ensuring every client had an informed sales journey.
The DisplaySweet App could easily switch from availability to amenities and highlight these on both the digital and physical models in the sales gallery for maximum impact.
Seamless Navigation
The sales gallery also made use of various TV’s, which played impressive project videos whilst buyers perused the sales gallery, as well as giving agents a seamless way to present the history of the site, showcase the immense 6,500sqm of green space, floor plans, CGI’s and other marketing collateral.
The sales gallery’s main area also included two Touch Screens situated behind the architectural model, so Agents could interactively present a variety of videos, renders and photography while talking to the masterplan in an engaging way.
The sales gallery was incredibly successful for Mirvac, which saw sales of 70 per cent of its released lots soon after launching to the public.
