The luxurious Pienza display suite embodies a life well-lived in absolute comfort. With tremendous care taken to ensure an exceptional generosity of space, the display interiors feature design choices more synonymous with a grand house than an apartment: such as a butler's pantry, home office, powder room, and private outdoor space. The $180 million project was launched in December 2021, and has been a resounding success, with developers Central Element securing a $7 million sale amongst others.
Central Element’s Managing Director Nathan Chivas noted, “The $7m sale set a new price record within the popular village precinct of Neutral Bay. We are achieving further record sales in excess of $36,000 per square meter. A testament to the demand for high-quality residences in this area."
“Display Sweet’s technology has enhanced the customer experience at our Pienza, Neutral Bay Village display suite. The application was custom built and connects seamlessly to the technology installed – creating a great selling tool for our agents. The ability to cater the visual display to our customer’s needs has proven to be a success in an ever-evolving market.”
The Pienza display suite showcased well thought out use of DisplaySweet’s property technology, including the Display Presenter app and an impressive Display LED Wall where buyers could view the floor plans, CGI’s, location map, video and much more on a large screen whilst learning about the project.
We pay our respects to The Cammeraygal people, the traditional owners of this land.
