Located in Sydney’s busy CBD district, AMP Capital partnered with DisplaySweet to help them lease their impressive new commercial tower, Quay Quarter Tower. DisplaySweet were able to revitalize and modernize their leasing gallery, which was previously equipped with outdated and inefficient technology.

Accelerated Sales and Leasing Cycle

The gallery made use of the Display Presenter app, as well as impressive Display Model Integration, so that clients had an immersive experience. During private appointments, clients would first walk through the circular Display Immersion Room, where they were introduced to an impressive scale model by Porter Models. From there, they explored available floors, office spaces, and the incredible amenities on the Display TV alongside the Agents.

DisplaySweet's intervention transformed the leasing gallery, enabling agents to deliver cohesive, professional presentations and elevating the overall client experience. This seamless integration replaced the previously disjointed setup, ensuring a more refined and effective presentation environment.

Quay Quarter Tower was recently named the winner of the global Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat award for world’s best tall building and six other awards at the annual international conference in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
