Project Goals:
● Develop a cutting-edge sales gallery that enables Agents to successfully sell a complex mix of standalone houses, duplexes, terraced houses and semi-retirement apartments.
● The ability to showcase the project to potential buyers by giving them a clear understanding of the development and the specific apartments available.
● To provide the purchaser with an easy way to go through the sales process, a first for the Auckland market.
Envisioned by prominent New Zealand developers Fletcher Living, The Hill is a modern community nestled between Remuera and Ellerslie, comprising 358 architecturally designed apartments, terraces and independent residences with a focus on local village life and vibrant urban living. The sales showroom, the first of its kind in New Zealand, had to convey a sense of the development being a private haven and a connected location and emotionally draw buyers in through a well-considered sales journey.
Empowering Sales Agents
DisplaySweet empowered Agents so they were able to seamlessly guide potential buyers through CGI’s, floor plans, and other materials without needing separate collateral, and wanted the presentation to look as premium as possible utilising the Display Presenter App.
The app enabled agents to seamlessly navigate between films of the development, project details, and floor plans, unifying all content into one interactive journey that deepened customer understanding and creating an unforgettable, seamless, premium sales experience. It was developed so that all the marketing material and project content were consolidated into one single platform that was user-friendly.
DisplaySweet provided the Fletcher Living team with access to the DS Portal, allowing them to update property statuses—from available to under offer to sold—which are instantly reflected in the app. This ensured that sales agents could confidently use our platform to provide accurate, real-time information to potential buyers.
A Premium Experience
Agents were able to effortlessly navigate from a floor plan to the associated views, compare colour schemes, and create an engaging and seamless conversation with the buyer. They were also able to showcase the vast masterplan via a detailed digital masterplan with the 3D Display Model Integration, ensuring every customer was informed and understood the various offerings available.
With the help of Display Touchscreen’s throughout, buyers could independently browse CGI’s, views and much more on their own, or with an Agent guiding them. We incorporated 360-degree panoramic view shots and a colour scheme comparison tool, all of which have been widely utilised by agents to effectively provide customers with a clear understanding of what The Hill’s apartments will come to be.
Seamless Navigation
The showroom also made use of various Display TV’s, which played the impressive project videos whilst buyers peruse the showroom, as well as giving agents a seamless way to present floor plans, CGI’s and other marketing collateral.
