Sales Technology by DisplaySweet
The Ode showroom made purposeful use of DisplaySweet’s property technology, and as you walk into the display, buyers are greeted by a gold sculpture in front of a large 75” TV, playing the brand film to create an impressive entrance that can be seen through the window at street level.
Ode’s showroom also included the DS-Live app on two TV screens where buyers could compare luxury finishes, view CGI’s for standard and penthouse apartments and see views from all levels. The impressive interactive model lighting integration was linked to a TV in front so that sales agents could show the relevant floor plates and plans on both the model and the screen at the same time.
“DisplaySweet went over and above for me during our recent building launch. As it often happens we had a lot of last-minute changes and they were available to make the update for me late on a Friday night so that everything was ready for our agents to sell the next morning.
The nature of project marketing is very agile and it makes the process so much easier when our suppliers are able to be agile with us.”
