Combining the visions of four interior designers across multiple display apartments, the Presenter App allowed agents and buyers to seamlessly switch between each of the various residential options.
Buyers started the sales experience by entering an Immersion Room, the intimate cinema feel capturing the urban vibe while providing a movie-style introductory overview.
From there, buyers were able to explore the location and amenity independently via a Touchscreen before an agent sat down with them in the sales zone.
Here the Presenter App and TV enabled agents to highlight each unique area of Westend, answer specific questions about individual apartments, show available stock and close sales in each of the four different interior-designed displays housed in the one iconic display.
