Featuring 1,250 apartments/condos across seven buildings and 18,500 square meters of mixed retail, commercial, and hospitality space, West Village blends retail, workspaces, dining, and entertainment, creating a vibrant, multifaceted hub.

The first challenge for Sekisui House was presenting the entire scope of West Village, with its blend of retail, commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces. By using the Display Presenter app, Sekisui House was able to provide an immersive journey for the development, enabling buyers to explore all the project’s offerings in a captivating and exciting manner.
Sekisui House's vision of a high-calibre sales experience for this world-class development required a unique approach. Carefully designed and integrated into the sales gallery, a Display LED Wall and two Display TV’s served as a natural extension to the project’s elegance and brand quality. DisplaySweet’s sales gallery technology, powered by the Display Presenter app, allowed buyers to explore an array of renders, community features, shopping districts, floorplans, and 3D models with just the click of a button. The app was customised to suit Sekisui House’s sales process, including forms and presentation settings, which significantly streamlined and accelerated sales interactions.
West Village required a system to manage all project information efficiently across its 1,250 condos and 18,500 square meters of non-residential space. DisplaySweet's technology addressed this by integrating a push and pull CRM system with Property Base, ensuring that all property data was accurate in real-time. Additionally, the Display Presenter app’s in-built admin features allowed agents to email, print, and favourite content instantly during appointments, improving efficiency. By consolidating various functions into a singular platform, DisplaySweet eliminated the need for multiple disjointed systems, streamlining the entire sales process.
