One of Australia’s top property developers, Central Element, have had a huge year with another successful launch in Sydney.
Over the weekend their newest luxury development, Ethos Chatswood launched, attracting a high volume of buyers to the state-of-the-art display suite, resulting in an outstanding 60% of the development being sold.
The Ethos showroom was the second time the busy company has partnered up with PropTech giants DisplaySweet, making purposeful use of innovative technology to ensure sales success.
Exclusively centred within Chatswood, Ethos is a rare collection of luxury 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences and penthouses enriched by remarkable vistas and experiences including wellness facilities, boutique retail and a sky lounge. Designed by SJB Architects, these generously articulated spaces are a living testament to the beauty of balance.

Prior to this collaboration with DisplaySweet, Central Element also joined forces on the high-end showroom for their $180 million residential development Pienza Neutral Bay, which launched in launched in late 2021.
Central Element’s Managing Director Nathan Chivas noted, “The $7m sale set a new price record within the popular village precinct of Neutral Bay. We are achieving further record sales more than $36,000 per square meter. A testament to the demand for high-quality residences in this area."
“Display Sweet’s technology has enhanced the customer experience at our Pienza Neutral Bay showroom. The application was custom built and connects seamlessly to the technology installed – creating a great selling tool for our agents. The ability to cater the visual display to our customer’s needs has proven to be a success in an ever-evolving market,” he said.
