Australia’s leading property technology company, DisplaySweet are taking the commercial developments sector by storm, helping developers quickly lease out buildings that are yet to be delivered.
Often clients come to DisplaySweet because they are struggling to highlight the unique floor plates and layouts to prospective tenants, which is where their innovative technology is so powerful. It gives Agents a 3D solution to show the exterior of the building and each floor, masterplans, views, 360’ tours and much more.
Already the proptech giants have worked with national property clients including AMP Capital, Hickory, Grosvenor Place and Lendlease, with many more in the works.
Royal Naval House
Grosvenor Place, together with leasing agents at Colliers International and JLL, engaged DisplaySweet for Royal Naval House, a striking heritage building being repurposed for commercial suites.
The DS-Live app allowed the leasing agents to show prospective tenants what the office fit-outs would look like, including the commercial suites, meeting rooms, reception, café and end of trip facilities.
The Royal Naval House app showcased the retail on the ground floor, as well as the offices available, and included hot spots on each office plan which allowed you to transition into a 3D walkthrough empowering prospective tenants to be transported into an immersive 360° scene within the office plan, which made finding the perfect space a breeze.
Salesforce Tower
Lendlease’s 180 George St (Salesforce Tower) will become the tallest commercial building in Sydney. Designed by architects Foster + Partners, the building sits on George and Pitt Streets in the Sydney CBD, and will be a place characterised by a network of pedestrian laneways, lined with shops, cafes and bars.
Electing for a refined experience, Lendlease elected to use DisplaySweet’s DS-Live App and DS-TV in the showroom. The app allows leasing agents to search with filters specific to the project, and showcase all marketing content including test fits and individual views from each aspect.
33 Alfred
There is quite simply no building in Sydney quite like 33 Alfred. Developed by AMP Capital, the team needed a commercial iPad app that could be used to lease commercial spaces within the building, and this needed to be visualised in a simple and easy to use manner.
The 33 Alfred DS-Online app had to be adapted for commercial use, rather than the usual residential-style of presenting, and showcased the retail on the ground floor, as well as floor plans section, which allowed scrolling through the different levels to view unique office layouts, as well as a masterplan, vision and section on partnerships the tower has with other businesses coming soon.
580 Lonsdale St, Melbourne
Hickory’s landmark commercial development at 580 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, is a series of state-of-the-art commercial spaces that required an equally impressive platform to present with. The development will consist of some of the existing heritage building, combined with a new build around it.
The client needed to convey exactly what it is they are planning within 580 Lonsdale as the tenant demographic is large multinational companies and government bodies rather than small businesses, so the need to showcase the future offering was key.
Hickory made great use of DisplaySweet’s technology by utilising the DS-Online App, in lieu of a physical display suite for 580 Lonsdale, which allows them to present the development from multiple locations and online.
Quay Quarter Tower
Quay Quarter Tower is designed as a world-first vertical village that redefines the future of work. Offering some of Sydney’s best views, this transformative statement on Sydney’s skyline is profoundly focused on promoting human interactions and smart technologies to drive business success.
DisplaySweet offers a number of property technology solutions to help buyers visuale property that does not yet exist, including DS-Live and DS-Online apps, DS-TV’s, DS-Touch screens, 3D buildings and much more.
