This collaboration focused on using state-of-the-art sales gallery tech to overcome physical and geographical presentation limits, setting a new standard in real estate marketing.
The strategic use of tech within its presentations significantly contributed to the development’s success. By February 2022, One Barangaroo had secured $1.2 billion in gross sales and pre-sale commitments. A standout sale was the acquisition of the 48th and 49th floors by James Packer for $72.2 million, highlighting the allure and value of the residences.
